Reports to: Facility Manager – DC Fengxian

Subordinate: IT Support

Main Responsibilities
• Take care about all PC installations in the warehouse
• Maintain the LAN and wireless LAN in the building
• Secure the availability of the main servers (IBM and NT servers with cluster concept)
• Install and replace PCs and laptops
• Monitor daily system back up
• User support in windows XP and office applications
• Maintain the functioning of all printers.
• Negotiate with different IT equipment vendors
• Main contact point of all IT related equipments.
• Run the IT project for new warehouse establishment.

Competence
• Experience in PC hardware
• Experience in Microsoft Office Application
• Knowledge about LAN, WAN and wireless networks
• Experience in handling wireless mobile terminals
• Knowledge about Unix RS 6000 and windows 2003

• Fluent in spoken and writen English
