职位描述/要求:
Job description: 1) Liaison and communication with Cayman/BVI registrar, secretary office & legal Counsel 2) Liasion and supporting share conversion with DR Bank, transfer agent and depositary 3) Communication with US legal counsel regarding issues relevant to SEC and listing Company reporting requirements 4) Communication with third party, for instance, brokerage firms and insurance companies to ensure data source(s) used and organize documents 5) Coordinate data request and arrange documentations received from third party. Qualifications: 1) Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance 2) Big 4 / MNC working experience is a plus 3) Fluent in both written and spoken English 4 Good communication skills in English & Mandarin 5) Capabilitiy of solving problems independently 6) Good working knowledge and understanding of SEC, U.S. Reporting, ESOP, Share Ownership is perferable.5)Detail-oriented and excellent organization skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously. 联系方式:
