•Main Responsibilities:
•New manufacturing technologies pull in.Ensure product DFM features during whole design phase.Capacity implementation in factories.New product ramp up volume and schedule planning to meet market demand.Define manufacturing site..NPI process management in Nokia and OEM sites.Project Operation target setting.Project DFM deliverables.Project Operation schedule management to match program level schedule.Project team management and development.Operation project budget plan and management.Project risk and backup/recover plan management.Contact window between R&D and production.Arrange resource to help factory for day-to-day production problems during project life cycle.Continues process improvement during whole project life cycle.

Job requirements:
•Engineering background, bachelor degree at least.Manufacturing technologies and process know-how.At least 5 years DFM experience.At least 3 years NPI management experience.Project management knowledge: schedule, cost, human, risk, quality, communication planning, control and execution.Fluent English, both oral and written.Pro-active continues improvement mind set.Quality improvement knowledge, 6 sigma green belt preferred.Nokia PD process and manufacture experience preferred.PMP certificate preferred.
