Main Responsibilities:
Ensure product is DFBA suitable during R&D phase.Create related DFBA documents to support factory perform the NPI and mass production:Create most efficient SMT process for production.Raise SMT investment plan for OPM review.SMT process creation and improvement for factories.Join in all builds and provide improvement comments to product design.SMT components storage and process definition.Manufacturing support due to the requests from OPM or factories.Phase in new SMT technologies.

Job requirements:
Engineering background for SMT category.SMT manufacturing process know-how and know-why.3 years IT product SMT experience.Communication skills with R&D and production.Capable to handle detail issues.English skills, both oral and written.DFBA (Design for board assembly)process knowledge preferred
