Main Responsibilities:
Ensure product is DFFA suitable during R&D phase.Create related DFFA documents to support factory perform the NPI and mass production:Create most efficient assembly process for production.Assembly jigs design and improve due to product design.Join in all builds and provide improvement comments to product design.Materials incoming package design.Manufacturing support due to the requests from OPM or factories.Phase in new assembly technologies.

Job requirements:
Engineering background for assembly category.Assembly manufacturing process know-how and know-why.3 years IT product assembly experience.Communication skills with R&D and production.Capable to handle detail issues.English skills, both oral and written.DFFA (Design for final assembly) process knowledge preferred
