Responsibility:
Follow up international standard and operators and countries specific standard
Collect new standard requirement, standard modification
Forecast risk and propose new strategy in case of standard upgrade

Qualification:
Understand mobile legal and industry requirement
Technical standard spec learning and implementation ability
Training skill
Language skill both in writing and speaking

Experience:
3 years experience on mobile industry, technical background preferred
Bachelor degree required, EE preferred
