Basic Responsibility：

1. Lead the program quality management process development
2. HQA team management, train and coach HQA in managing program quality and in using quality tools
3. Review program quality status and highlight the risk to top management team, tracking the action.
4. Support early technology selections & industrialization of new technology

Requirements：

1.Specialty and Education
Minimum Education: Bachelor
Best Education: Master
Specialty: Electrical Technology or other related specialties
2. Foreign Language:
Being confident in written and spoken English
3. Work Experience：At least 5 years experience about quality management in IT industry.
4. Skill and Capability(include computer)：Be skilled in quality management tools (FMEA, SPC, GRR, 8D etc.), good communication skill, and more experience in team management skill,
5. Else：The experience with mobile phone program design quality management is preferential
