职位描述/要求：
POSITION PURPOSE/职位描述:
Responsibilities of this position involve the support of product development and testing activities for a wide variety of products; scheduling and tracking test projects and updating to the requesters the progress of the projects. This person is also responsible to set up test specifications, design test fixtures, consolidate test reports and test data, assist laboratory systems and procedures.
该职位的职责包括但不仅限于：支持产品的开发阶段机械性能的测试工作；及时更新产品测试进展及项目进度；建立测试规范；设计测试夹具；整合测试数据，完成测试报告；协助制定实验室管理系统及相关流程。
QUALIFICATIONS/职位要求:
· Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
· Strong mechanical skills
· Experience in using generic metal work equipment to make simple fixture
· Superior knowledge of Engineering test methods and analysis
· General knowledge of Reliability concepts and statistics
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to utilize P.C. and other tools to accomplish activities
· Good in English reading and writing
· Experience in working in a test lab is desirable
· Strong technical writing skills
· Programming skills with Visual Basic or VEE or C++, etc. is preferred

· 具备较强的机械测试方法/分析知识
· 要求能够使用统计工具进行可靠性分析
· 要求较好的书面，口头表达能力
· 要求掌握计算机操作能力
· 要求基本英语读写能力
· 有相关实验室工作经验者优先
