Incumbent: Finance Manager

Key Deliverables:

· Be a strong supporter of finance manager

· Ensure smooth coordination of accounting activities for Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd, and these should include matters relating to monthly/yearly closing, SAP implementation and training, tax, audit, financial reporting, etc.

· Assist finance manager to build a competent and motivated team.

· Continuously improve on the work procedures to ensure the optimal finance activities performance being delivered in the most efficient and effective manners.

· Lead finance dept continuous improvement

· Lead Finance and Accounting Dept project

Working place:Shanghai、Beijing、Guangzhou

Main Tasks:

· Ensure timely and accurate reporting of balance sheet and statutory PL

· Coordinate audits, both internal and external.

· Proactively lead the team to look for improvement opportunities in work procedures, and better policies, to achieve higher level of productivity in the work

· Work proactively with other teams across functions in NNCP,and IO/Corp finance teams.

· Lead and participate in NNCP, IO/Corp projects.

· Assist finance manager to lead the Finance team to provide value-add and timely services to internal and external customers.
Main Customers:
·CRO management;
·IO Finance and HQ Finance;
·All departments;
·External customers, including auditors,banks,consultants,tax offices etc.
Education and Experience Requirements of the Position:

· Bachelor degree of Financial Accounting, from top Chinese Universities.

· China CPA

· (+internationally recognized professional degree e.g.ACCA)

· Working Location:ShangHai、BeiJing、GuangZhou
