--Job Responsibilities:
1.Manages,implements and administers collection activities;strategic planning/productivity management/analytics/planning and control/formulating the various collection plans/policies and guidelines.
2.Manages a segment or portfolio of accounts
3.Provides guidelines to team leaders
4.Responsible for career development of team leader
--Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree
2. At least 4/5 years collection experience with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
3. Knowledge of legal (mortgage foreclosure process is preferred)
4. Familiar with regulatory policies and reporting requirements
