Job Scope:
The position will be responsible for the project management of Business Internet Banking rollout in China and for implementing Pan China cash management solutions that are standard or non-standard in nature after a deal is won. .
Key responsibilities include:
· BIB Project Management
Work closely with IT, TB Product Management and UOBC Operations to roll out Business Internet Banking in China. These include:
- reviewing and validating the BIB functional specifications
- providing testing support
- managing the scope and timeline for the entire BIB implementation
- working with TB Product Management and UOBC Legal & Compliance on the required BIB documentation
- working with TB Product Management and UOBC Legal & Compliance on the reports to be filed to CBRC prior to BIB rollout
- providing BIB training to UOBC colleagues
· Implementation of Customer Deals
- Work with Sales to understand clients’ business and transaction requirements, as well as any special customer needs
- Work with customers to validate their business and transaction requirements and to manage the scope and timeline for each implementation project tightly
- Ensure smooth implementation of required services, including documentation like account opening, terms and conditions, and/or other service level documentation
- Document implementation details clearly
- Provide BIB training to customers and ensure that they are executed professionally and effectively
- Ensure successful end-to-end implementation of won deals within the agreed KPIs
· Manage TB Product Management, IT and Operations to implement agreed solutions
· Provide periodic updates to Head of TB China, as well as internal partners where necessary, to ensure required actions are on track to meet implementation milestones
· Assist in pre-sales customer demonstration of product capabilities and features where necessary
· Providing feedback to TB Product Management on customer needs & trends, and competitor information
Requirements:
· 5 – 8 years of experience in Cash Management implementation especially in China.
· Technically inclined with strong project management skills.
· Good understanding of the local regulations and clearing systems in China.
· Hands-on knowledge of customer access systems in other banks will be a plus.
· Independent self-starter and strong team-player.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good spoken and written English and Chinese 联系方式：
