Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to assist in customizing and reviewing Bank’s operational processes and procedures.
2. Assist to ensure that the operational processes and procedures are timely, accurately and properly documented, maintained and posted.
3. Tracking back room operation of UOB China’s various departments and branches in their delivering of quality supports as in accordance to the Bank’s policies, processes and procedures.
4. Be part of the team working on maintaining/raising the standard of operation established through the processes and procedures.
5. Contribute towards improving the efficiency level of the various back room operations.

 

Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor degree from a well known university.
- Minimum 4 years relevant work experiences in Branch’s Foreign Currency and RMB business operations and/or experiences working in either Credit Admin or Treasury Settlements or Trades & Remittances, etcs.
- Good understanding of operational risks.
- Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements and international banking practices.
- Logical mind with strong analytical abilities
- Good spoken and written English.
- Good PC skills.
