Responsibilities:
- Compensation Management for wealth and mortgage biz
- P&L management including financial mangement of biz stream
- Cost accounting
- Regulatory reporting and MIS
- Product profitability analysis and modeling
- Other daily financial chores required for PFS
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree holder
-At least 3-4 years working experience in finance field
-Good knowledge of spreadsheet
-Good interpersonal skills, hard-working, can work under pressure
