Job Summary:  Oversee & manage the Custody Services team and ensure a high standard of performance productivity

Key Roles & Responsibilities: 
• Responsible for QDII process and custody service control. QDII experiences is a MUST.
• Oversee & manage the day to day Custody Services Operations and ensure a high standard of performance productivity 
• Review/develop framework and implementation of procedural changes to improve efficiency and productivity 
• Ensure all complaints, queries and feedback are processed expeditiously 
• Compliances to bank’s policies/procedures & China regulatory guidelines/requirements.

Previous Experience: Min 5 to 8 years of experience in managing custody services operations

Education: University degree or professional qualification

Knowledge: Sound knowledge of financial accounting, banking operations and processes and securities market environment.

Other Qualifies: 
• Able to multi-task and work effectively with all levels 
• Good management, leadership, communication & people skills
