职位描述/要求:

JOB TITLE:               HR Manager

REPORTS TO:               HR Director, Greater China

Location: Shanghai

 

 


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Develop Human Resources strategic goals, programs and processes and maintain full strategic responsibility for activities.

·        Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and drive talent acquisition strategies to attract talents to the organization; retain talents; and facilitate internal talent movements.

  • Develop, enhance and implement appropriate policies and programs to facilitate optimal performance of all employees.
  • Partner with the C&B team to review, develop, enhance and implement total rewards program to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective employee performance.
  • Act as advisor on all employee relations issues and effectively communicate to all levels of employees relations matters. Facilitate employee conflict resolution, disciplinary and grievance processes.

·        Develop and implement OD activities to promote and maintain organization effectiveness.

·        Partner with Training and Development team to develop and execute training and development programs to raise employees’ competencies and develop talent pipeline to meet current and future organizational needs.

  • Drive talent management initiatives to identify, develop and retain critical talents to build talent pipeline with the objective of meeting staffing needs and facilitate succession planning.

 

 

 

 

 

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

 

 KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION

·        University Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.

·        MBA is preferred.

 

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

 

·        6 to 8 years of managerial experience, managing a medium size, sales & marketing, fast growth organization.

·        Excellent people management skill in terms of performance coaching, influencing skill, managing high potentials.

·        Good leadership skills and business acumen to support businesses in growth stage, at the same time, is hands-on to provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to team and consultation to businesses.
