职位描述/要求:
JOB TITLE: HR Manager REPORTS TO: HR Director, Greater MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and drive talent acquisition strategies to attract talents to the organization; retain talents; and facilitate internal talent movements.
· Develop and implement OD activities to promote and maintain organization effectiveness. · Partner with Training and Development team to develop and execute training and development programs to raise employees’ competencies and develop talent pipeline to meet current and future organizational needs.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION · University Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline. · MBA is preferred. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES · 6 to 8 years of managerial experience, managing a medium size, sales & marketing, fast growth organization. · Excellent people management skill in terms of performance coaching, influencing skill, managing high potentials. · Good leadership skills and business acumen to support businesses in growth stage, at the same time, is hands-on to provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to team and consultation to businesses.
