职位描述/要求：

Main responsibilities: (List 5 - 8 major accountabilities below)

• Takes lead responsibility for Group and  Statutory Reporting
• Maintains and Improves financial controls.
• Takes lead responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Proactively communicates with various departments to ensure that financial information is properly reported.
• Provides technical interpretation of laws, regulations, accounting principles and other professional material.
• Asset Management analysis
• Review manufacturing costing
• Monitor tax risks, review tax compliance and reporting
• Conduct internal training to improve staff accounting knowledge and control awareness
• Respond to Asia Pacific HQ queries as required.
• Work on various accounting related ad hoc projects as assigned
 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree, CPA preferred
- A minimum of 5 years related work experience in a multinational corporation with at least one year in a similar position.
- Independent, detail oriented and a decision maker.  
- Strong business sense, proven leadership skills, and demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a can-do attitude.
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with all departments within an organization.
- Very hands on and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
