Position: Floor Manager

Responsibility:

 

As Floor Manager, are the one running the show on the shop floor every day, making the whole thing tick;

Personality traits like communication skills and the ability to cooperate freely in a fast-paced environment;

Need to take in everything that happens around you to run the floor at its maximum potential, while at the same time keeping your team happy and developing;

Have to strive to be their shining example, so there’s a big responsibility involved in being a Floor manager.

 

Qualification:

 

Good grades and lots of university credits are naturally a plus, but it’s actually more important what you’re like as a person;

Have experience in retail industry especially store management;

Unselfish, independent and capable;

Can make passion for fashion and commercial awareness is really shine;

Good in English (written and oral).
