An understanding and experience for daily user support and helpdesk process as well as ITEC call logging process
Technical Ability
· Good understanding of basic daily user support and helpdesk process
· Good understanding of general desktop hardware and software in Microsoft Windows and Office
· Sound knowledge for Windows enterprise setup including Active Directory
· Basic knowledge for Windows scripting
· Hands on experience on handling ITEC call logging in international corporate environment

· Ability to maintain and build affiliate relationships with all the internal users and with other ITEC members.
The Role
The candidate will be required to:
· Work under pressure and fast-paced environment to resolve issues quickly and ensure the daily operation is smooth
· Perform inventory collection and management of desktop hardware
· Create and maintain techincal documentation for support applications
· Provide backup support for Operators for day to day system and user file backup and restoration for various systems
· Provide backup support for monitor Nicelog, operation and disk capacity.
· Provide Help Desk hotline, call logging and technical support to all China users.
· Follow up the status of all outstanding support cases
· Take other responsibilities given by the IT Manager.
· Desktop software installation and hardware/software troubleshooting
· PC setup for new joiners and provide software training to users
· Relocation for desktop items and maintain the correct inventory record
· Coordinate the purchasing of new desktop item between users and the Procurement team
· Handling new software request and maintain a correct software licensing record
· Participate regional projects for desktop side
· Update Joiner and Leaver procedure on a regular basis
