职位描述/要求:
Assist HR Manager to complete HR routine work on C&B and Staffing.
Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for prepare and review monthly payroll for Greater China, work closely with BJ/SH Fesco and TW/HK payroll vender on payroll calculation , and provide the analysis for all data related to above. And Fill up the income tax finally report 2.Maintain and manage social security by work with service vendor. 3.Provide the administration of benefits program such as life insurance and recognition program by coordinating with insurance company and the HR Mgrs to provide regular data required. 4.HR report, database and personal file maintenance . 5.Provide data for regional C&B surveys by coordinating with the HR Mgrs for data collection and verifying the data integrity so as to ensure quality data is provided for obtaining a true and fair view of the market 6.Employee on board and exit management
7.Other HR related projects.
1.University degree
2.At least 3 years experience in C&B in foreign company 3. Excellence excel skill and C&B knowledge
4. Strong ownership and Accountability
5. Good in English
Excel技能要求:熟练使用公式设定、V-lookup、mail merge
