职位描述/要求:
Job Responsibilities 1. Provide HR generalist support to all 2. Ensure the dissemination, implementation, interpretation, governance and maintenance of appropriate HR policies, processes and practices. 3. Provide support and counsel to management on performance management and employee relation’s issues. 4. Manage Payroll and Benefits administration. 5. Support recruitment activities such as posting, sourcing and recruiting for open positions as well as induction activities. 6. Provide assistance to expatriates relocating to 7. In charge of HR reports including but not limited to: headcount reports, man-hour reports, training report, hiring and attrition reports etc. as per request for the company and labor authorities. 8. Serve as a liaison with internal departments/divisions and/or outside organizations. 9. Support the administration of Training program including arrangement and follow up. 10. HR vendor management and focal contact person for local government. 11. Organize company events such as ceremonies, annual dinner and outings etc. 12. Ad hoc and related projects as needed from time to time. Pre-requisites · A recognized university degree with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in handling full spectrum of HR & office administration in a MNC environment · Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua ·Strong sense of confidentiality, mature, discretion and tact are essential qualities ·Culturally sensitive, trust worthy, as well as tenacity · Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills · A self starter and good team-player with demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams at all levels · Knowledge of PRC HR policies and practices including local government legislation Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel and PPT) and internet. 联系方式:
