Responsibilities
Report office expenses to Europe Headquarter on a monthly basis. Check employees Expenses sheets and report to Europe HQ on a weekly basis. Deal with petty cash, bank transfers, suppliers and service company payments…
Manage suppliers for all marketing tools (brochures, manuals, samples, giveaways…).
Support Sales and Marketing people for event organization, exhibition booth setup…
Support team mates with trip organization (hotel bookings, flights, driver pickups….).
Maintain the same level of organization of office administration (filing, records, cleanliness…).
Consolidate employees reports into one single weekly activity report
This position reports to Business Area Manager – Asia (foreigner based in Beijing).
Profile
Mandarin native speaker. Fluent in English (read, speak and write).
