职位描述/要求：
Quality System Manager
Job Responsibility:
1. To perform the quality and management system analysis to propose the weakness of current management system to management level and Management review board for action plan，improvements and execution.
2. Preparation for customer questionnaire, Pre-audit for customer audit and visit, accompany customer visit or audit, Coordination for customer findings and action plans.
3. System Optimization and improvement based on customer satisfaction, external and internal objectives & targets.
4. To conduct external third party system audit on ISO/TS16949, ISO9001 quality management system (QMS), ISO14001 Environment management system (EMS) and product safety audit / certification audit where appropriate.
5. Maintain and improve QMS and EMS in compliance to TS16949, ISO9000, ISO14000, quality manual and environment manual requirements, procedures and instructions etc.
6. Development of new quality program that may lead to further improvement of quality performance in any operations within Computine.
7. Establish internal & external communication on quality & environment issues. Quality objectives, environment targets and significant / Environment Aspects identification.
8. Perform regular internal system audit to report and determine the compliance level of QMS & EMS in the relation to TS16949, ISO 9000 & ISO14000.
9. Follow up the non-conforming findings and observations of either internal & external audit or customer audit
10. To monitor and verity the effectiveness of ESD implementation with benchmarking with top EMS.
11. To conduct process audit and prepare weekly process audit report
12. To monitor and verify calibration, GR&R implementation.
13. Periodically review the legislation, law and regulation related to environment aspects and product quality where applicable.
Job Requirements:
1. Education history: Bachelor or similar degree
2. Training:
◆ISO/TS16949, QS 9000, ISO9001 and ISO14001,6 sigma and lean manufacturing preferred.
◆ESD, IPC standards.
3. Work Experience:
5-8 years electronics manufacturing environment and quality engineering background, 2 years Quality System manager or Senior Quality system analysis engineer in top EMS or world-class company preferred.
