职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities: 1. All duties are to be carried out at all times in compliance with all Huntsman Corporate and Huntsman Tioxide EHS, business conduct policies and guidelines 2. Assist in the development and provide analysis of SAP and business process problems and opportunities . Assist the business application analyst in the implementation of changes to the system. 3. Produce clear and concise design and scoping documents for minor developments in the application area , including changes to the business processes, with the assistance and input of the local and/or global business process owners and the relevant business application analyst. 4. Evaluate, handle and resolve business problems, concerning SAP R/3 functionality, in such a way that the problems are always registered, confirmed to the business, carried out within the expected time frame according to the agreed budget. Ensure that the actions and solutions are communicated via the available tools 5. Design detailed business and, wherever possible, technical specifications to programming and other resources, both in house and 3rd party. Assist in the development of the business case for the change. 6. Identify training needs both for the SAP users. Plan and conduct training where needed. 7. Ensure proactive investigation and communication to the business about improvements and developments within SAP R/3, which lead to a more effective use of the SAP functionality 8. Provide analysis of regional SAP and business processes problems and recommend application solutions . Apply local configuration changes to development environment, and coordinate testing efforts by other regions, where warranted. Ensure a high quality business system through coordinated, robust and global testing, and documentation. 9. Keep track of all regional tasks and changes to SAP and the Business Process Procedures (BPP). Principle Responsibilities 1. Day-to-day support and troubleshooting of specialist SAP application area 2. Assistance with support of other applications in their region 3. Perform quality checks of the data management principles 4. Assist the Data Manager in carrying out Data management changes 5. Control and secure access by SAP-users 6. Backup the CCC admin function Specific Skills & Knowledge 1. Technical Must be able to understand the business aspects (within functional area) and make the translation to SAP R/3 functionality; SAP R/3 knowledge of configuration, settings and functional use, within functional area; 2. A good appreciation of the processes and issues in other application areas , especially where that area overlaps with their own. (e.g., CO-PA and SD) 3. Business knowledge within own functional area; 4. Trained to be able to train others; 5. Be a good communicator, internally and externally; 6. Keep up-to-date with developments. 7. Ability to understand business problems and translate them into application solutions 8. Ability to assess and correct application problems 9. 4--6 years work experiences 联系方式:
