Job Description 

Ø        The key mission is to visit, develop relationships, present Converteam`s technology at all relevant levels with the major Chinese test bench clients

Ø        Responsible for orders intake for China market, either directly from China customers, or indirectly from non-Chinese customers ( from the request for quotation until contract signature)

Ø        Follow up the projects and conclude contracts and provide commercial & technical support to Converteam main units

Ø        Propose strategy and action plan, based on market survey and international strategy to reach the above.

Ø        Identify new projects and act as Converteam local front-end on all existing projects that have a Chinese player at one or several levels, keeping track of all evolutions and continuously coordinating Converteam's answers / actions.

Ø        Based in Shanghai and reporting directly to Sales & Marketing Director Converteam China and to the Market Segment Leader

Profile:

Ø        University Degree or above in Electrical engineering (Power Electronic, Automation) or Mechanical engineering

Ø        Minimum of 5 - 10 years experience in sales & marketing

Ø        A strong technical knowledge especially in large drives, wind turbines and generators, knowledge in Test benches is desirable

Ø        Good knowledge of the (Chinese) industrial market, the customers and partners (EPC, Mechanical suppliers and subcontractors)

Ø        Basics in commercials are necessary

Ø        Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Ø        Willing and able to travel internationally

Ø        Excellent communicational, organizational and interpersonal skills

Ø        Routine experience in using MS Office programs
