职位描述/要求:
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide training and project support to new salesperson, including:
Initial presentation, customer requirements prodding, regular visits/contacts to customers for technical issue and service proposal composing etc.
- Key accounts and project support, including:
Product/service presentation, proposal implement, competitor product/service and technical information collection and analysis, establishment of customer on-site training and service promotion plan etc.
- Cooperate with service delivery manager to carry out high-level services and implement key accounts service delivery.
- Investigate, document and resolve customers’ technical complaints for G-Net web conferencing products.
- Set up customers’ network and equipments environment, make various tests and service rehearsal on request.
- Keep well informed about conferencing technical developments, new application and new products.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- BS or above in computer science, communication, EE or equivalent
- 3+ years working experience in IT.
- Knowledge of IP, PSTN network, Firewall (e.g. Nokia, Pix, Checkpoint or ISA2004 etc.), Proxy, Router, Switch and Cisco network equipments, authentication of CCNA will be a plus.
- Good Microsoft Windows systems operation skill (e.g. Windows2000, XP, 2003 etc.), authentication of MCSE or IT support working experiences will be a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills, especially reading and writing. CET6 or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical skill and problem solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Self Motivated, Thorough, and creative.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
