职位描述：
-负责FPGA的编程、仿真、综合和布线
-负责FPGA的调试及测试向量编写
-负责FPGA的集成
-负责完成硬件/软件接口的定义，需求分析及管理

职位要求：
-具备3年以上硬件设计开发经验
-电子类本科以上学历
-在音/视频编/解码及调制方面有深入的了解
-熟练使用VHDL硬件描述语言，在VHDL仿真（尤其是测试向量编写及验证）方面有丰富经验
-具有FPGA和/或ASIC设计和集成方面的经验
-熟练使用FPGA综合、及布线方面的工具
-具备相当的英语能力
-高度的责任心，工作努力，对公司忠诚

Job Description:
-FPGA Code and Simulation, Synthesis, Place and Route
-FPGA Self-Checking Test Bench Development
-FPGA Integration
-HW/SW interface definition, Requirements analysis and management

Requirement:
-3+ years experience with hardware design and development.
-Bachelor degree and/or above
-Very good knowledge of A/V Encode/Decode or Modulation.
-Solid VHDL experience; VHDL simulation experience (test benches & verification)
-FPGA and/or ASIC design & integration experience
-Must be very familiar with programmable devices (FPGA's and CPLD's).
-Experience with Synthesis, Place and Route tools
-Good oral and written communication in English
-High responsibility, hard working, loyalty to company
