Report to the Retail Director, the Store Manager will be responsible for store Operation & leading sales to achieve the business targets.

 

Main Responsibilities including:

Daily Operations:

-          Build a strong team with tangible skills and capabilities through coaching and training, build team spirit and develop strong communication within the team;

-          Responsible for daily store operations to ensure that the store achieves business target;

-          Conduct daily morning meeting, keep the store clean with high standard;

-          Control invoices and meet budgetary goals; manage the sales revenue and the petty cash imprested funds;

-          Manage the billing, sales report and analysis, etc. to head office and Retail Manager;

-          Support visual merchandising at store level to ensure desirable merchandize display and enhance the brand image;

-          Daily inventory control;

Staff Management:

-          Sales performance management according to Company guidelines;

-          Provide timely on-job training and coach to develop & improve sales’ capabilities;

Sales Targets:

-          Manage, coach and motivate staff to achieve sales goals;

-          Provide on-site support for sales to achieve sales goals;

Customer Services and Development:

-          Handle customer complaints

-          Develop and maintain VIP customers

-          Follow and maintain the Company customer’s information database

-          Manage, coach and motivate staff to provide excellent customer services to ensure customer satisfaction

 

Requirements:

-          Min. 2 years experience as Store Manager

-          Be familiar with Fashion industry, Luxury industry and Brands, Fashion trends

-          Good communication and interpersonal skills

-          Customer services oriented and result-oriented

-          Presentable, proactive and detail-oriented

-          Good English on oral and written
