为配合索迪斯业务在中国大陆的迅速发展，我们将于2008年9月启动“管理培训生计划”。该计划周期为三至六个月。通过该计划的培训实习考核，培训生可在索迪斯担任基层管理职位。

招募要求：

• 大学本、专科以上学历；
• 愿意从事后勤管理服务行业；
• 良好的服务意识、团队精神；
• 不断进取的工作热情；
• 优秀的沟通、分析和解决问题的能力；
• 良好的数字计算和分析总结能力；
• 英语听说读写熟练者优先；

Management Trainee Program

To meet the rapid development of Sodexo in Mainland China, Sodexo plans to launch a “Management Trainee Program” in September 2008. The program aims to develop the trainees to be front line managers through a three to six month training and internship program.

We are recruiting trainees with qualifications as below:

• Bachelor or Colleger above degree;
• Willing to work in the support service industry;
• Good sense of service and team work;
• Excellent communication skill；analyzing and problem solving skill;
• Passion to make progress;
• Good data analysis and synthesis skill;
• Both English writing and speaking proficiency is a plus;
