Document the TR measurement values [%] and update the Feedback Board

 

Organize Safety Sign and Emergency Exits, together wit Main Contractor

Maintain the Protective and Safety Gear Storage (hard hats, safety shoes, gloves, earplugs, etc.) for CM and Client’s Site Personnel

Organize Safety Rounds and Prepare Minutes

Continuous supervision of safety issues at the site, especially scaffolding, lifting, personnel protective equipment, temporary electrical installations, etc.

Organize and maintain First Aid Services, together with Main Contractor

Organize and maintain the waste handling and recycling facilities together with Main Contractor.

 

Weekly and monthly reports

Prepare Accident reports in cooperation with Site Manager

To collect and report HSE Statistics like

Waste Utilization %(recycling), Waste amounts tn and costs, Environmental accidents (leaks, spillages etc.), Written complaints (dust, noise, traffic), Water Consumption, m3, Electricity Consumptions kWh

 

Ensure that first aid facilities and services meet the local authorities’ requirements

Ensure that the readiness and quality of first aid services remain good throughout the whole project period
