The IT Security Manager is responsible for development of network system in a safe circumstances, communication with the client's regional IT Security for daily operation as to make sure our network system is in the same secirity standards.

The Job:

1. Coordinate individually or leads a team in providing information security technical consulting services for enterprise-wide security architecture and security controls on all centralized and distributed computer systems, products, technologies, and business applications.

2. Support the client's integration of these.

3. Assist in the development of information and data security standards and with defining strategic security requirements and resource priorities.

4. Oversee direction and training.

5. Manage the relationship with the client's regional security team to ensure appropriate levels of engagement.

6. Report IT Security's events to the client's regional security team for proper advices;

7. Install tocket PCs for developer upon their application for tocket PCs approved;

The Person:

1.Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or equivalent, with  professional level of  IT Security knowledge, experience and significant progressive Information Technology experience or equivalent specialized skills in a critical technology disciplin;

2.Has the capability of taking risk commensurate with responsibility; proficiency in multiple technical disciplines, analytic and quality assurance techniques and multiple interpersonal skills (e.g. negotiation, relationship management);

3. Professional certifications in Information Security desirable or equivalent  professional level of information security knowledge and experience;
