Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with the client BA and users
Ability to capture the full business requirements / knowledge
Ability to run weekly calls in the offshore location together with the offshore PM
Interact with key users directly
Act as the point-of contact for the offshore team, to explain business requirements / functional requirements
Ability to translate documents in to Chinese if necessary to train the offshore team
Assist the offshore PM in getting the project critical updates.

 

Requirements:
4-5 years experience as a BA
Must have very strong Equity Tech front-office business knowledge
Must be very fluent in English
Must be very aggressive in getting information from onshore BA / developers / users
Must have very strong documentation skills, knowledge on making presentations / powerpoints / visio tools.
Good understanding of project life cycle is preferred

 

Mandatory Business Knowledge & years of experience:
Sound knowledge on Equity Tech front office business.

 

Preferred Business Knowledge & years of experience:
Knowledge about FIX / Trading rules on Asia-pacific markets / Booking / Trade processing.
Knowledge in UML / MS Project preferred.

 

Management/Leadership/Communication/Interpersonal:
Must have very good communication skills, and very aggressive in nature.
