RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Leading, developing and training Supply Chain Department in new processes and methods to improve communications, efficiencies, and accountability;

- Making production plan based on sales forecast of Sales & Marketing Dept as well as stock inventories;

- Coordinating with relevant dept. to deliver the production plan;

- Proper allocation of labor and material;

- Calculation of material consumption requirement for production;

- Improving material flow and increases efficiency;

- Proper utilization of fund and inventory control based on market procurement contact;

- Providing supply of material to manufacturing line;

- Receiving storage of materials/components and finished goods; - Proper record of inventories and tractability;

- Supports generation of manufacturing cost and productivity record;

- Manages obsolescence and excess stocks; - Perform other position related duties as assigned.
