职位描述/要求：
The Company is a China focused and knowledge based executive search practice, with offices across Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou.
Responsibilities:
- BUSINESS DEVLEOPMENT
* To develop business opportunities, expand client portfolio, and undertake business promotion activities in Hong Kong and China.
* To set and deliver business objectives and revenue target.
* To be responsible for profit and loss of responsible search mandates, project and client portfolio.
* To promote and market the Company’s search service and brand in the Greater China market.
- SEARCH PROJECT EXECUTION
* To design and develop strategies for search mandates (assignments) in accordance with clients’ specifications and which are profitable to the Company.
* To launch, execute, manage and deliver projects and assignments on-time, on-budget, and quality service standard.
* To plan and develop business strategies and plans for the overall Greater China operation. 联系方式：
