职位描述/要求：

Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for day-to-day IT support operations such as:

Liaison with vendors and services providers
Provide technical support to end users
Responsible for installation and maintenance of computer software and hardware systems
Prepare and maintain operation manuals and user guidelines

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines with MCSE
Minimum 1 years experience in technical support
Working knowledge in AIX Unix and Windows platforms including Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista
Working knowledge in VBScript, WSH and MS Access
Working knowledge in wireless network technology
Good communication and problem-solving skills, willing to learn, energetic and conscientious
Fluency in Mandarin
Fluency in spoken and written English is an added advantage
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Ability to work under rotational shift duties for 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday is required.
