The Senior IT Manager will be responsible for maintenance and support of ERP application and infrastructure. This position will also assist with various server based projects including OS upgrades, patch administration, PC virtualization, and VPN technologies. In addition to listed activities, the Senior IT Manager will support corporate on various hardware, software related topics while providing strategic ideas involving the development and delivery of technology solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

6 years’ experience in IT, business or a related field

3 years’ experience directing and supporting ERP systems, preferably ERP for retail

2 years’ progressive experience leading or managing teams, preferably multiple teams simultaneously

3 years' experience in a project or program environment is strongly preferred

At least 2 years experience in various Operating Systems including AIX UNIX, Linux and Windows
-
At least 2 years experience in Oracle or Sybase Database Administrator

Fluency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese colleagues and users

Experience with package-based development and working with package vendors

Experience in contract administration, vendor performance management, and building effective partnerships with strategic application vendors

Experience in organizational change management and resource transition practices

Experience in building an effective resource model that utilizes and optimizes internal and external shared services partners to support and deliver business solutions

Experience in retail business processes/practices and retail application systems is preferred

Experience in working within a multi-channel environment of brick and mortar and online commerce is preferred

Strong track record of delivering results to the business
