职位要求:
* 1年以上Ruby 编程经验, 精通Ruby on Rails 系统框架.
* 3年以上编程经验: Java Script, PHP, Python, Perl, C# or Java
* 工作积极主动, 善于领会和理解工作目标, 勇于接受挑战性的工作.
* 在压力下保持诚信, 工作热情, 和高标准.
* 很强的分析和解决问题能力
* 强烈的求知欲和优秀的自学能力.
* 熟练的英文读写能力

Summary of Responsibilities:
Owning full range of responsibilities for software development cycle. Working in such dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will have exposures to all types of technical and business tasks and grow your career with the company.
Essential Responsibilities include:
- Design and develop Ruby On Rails (RoR) web applications based on customer requirements.
- Research, evaluate, and select new technologies to meet customer needs.
- Provide resource estimate, status update, and tracking of milestones for projects.
- Drive superior quality and on time delivery of products
- Play an active role in the development process and provide recommendations to system design team.
Qualifications / Personal Characteristics:
- 1+ yeas of programming experience in Ruby, Assembly
- 3+ years experience of desktop, web applications using .NET, Java or open source technologies. Hands-on with other languages such as Java Script, PHP, Python, Perl, C# or Java.
- Knowledge and experience in database and networking programming
- Self-starter with high tolerance for ambiguity; energized by challenges
- Have uncompromised integrity and highest ethic standards; approach work with passion and strong drive to excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; fast learner with excellent communication skills
- High English proficiency to accurately comprehend customer’s requirements and complete project documentation and communication.
- MS in Computer Science preferred or BS with equivalent combination of education and experience.
