职位描述/要求：

工作内容：

1、负责公司整体战略及长期规划的研究，并拟制不同发展阶段的战略目标；
2、负责研究国内外本行业的产业信息与行业动态，及国内外竞争对手的产品、营销及发展战略；
3、负责根据公司的整体战略目标制定分阶段目标和目标分解，保证公司体系、部门的经营目标和整体战略目标的一致性，并评估公司战略目标的实施效果；
4、负责编制公司的年度经营计划，并及时追踪评估，提出调整建议；
5、负责公司资本运营的研究，拟定资本运营的战略规则；
6、负责根据公司的战略要求选择投资项目，进行前期的资料收集、考察调研、接洽谈判工作，针对目标项目拟制资本运营方案，并根据方案做具体实施；
7、负责根据需求，提供投、融资咨询服务和信息咨询服务，实施公司参股控股，对外投资的具体工作
8、负责指导和协调下属的日常工作；负责完成总经理交办的其它工作。

任职要求：

1、较强的沟通、协调能力；熟悉国家的财经政策及证券、管理制度、法律，从事战略、投资管理类相关工作2年以上；
2、英语听说读写流利，口语熟练；
3、身心健康，诚实正直。
