Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

- Provide Day to day analytical support to Group Controller. Construct financial models and analyses.
- Coordinate with finance, marketing, sales, and operations to generate the division revenue and gross profit forecasts. Track performance versus plan.
- Work with corporate accounting to review and update all business unit /group expense budgets.
- Work with cost accounting operations to maintain accurate standard costs on all business unit products.
- Prepare quarterly business unit P&L.
- Work with operations to analyze inventory levels, product reserves, excess and obsolete materials, etc.
- Work with marketing to analyze revenue and profit drivers, by customer and by products.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with IT to automate the generation of critical business information.
- Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and regulatory rules.

Requirements:

- Accounting degree, MBA a plus.
- Five or more years of prior related work experience.
- Experienced in financial analysis and modeling including department budgeting, cost of capital models, business valuations, and manufacturing margin analysis.
- Extensive experienced with accounting systems and MRP, SAP or Oracle experience a plus.
- Self starter mentality, strong analytical background and a history of working on cross functional teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
