职位描述/要求：
Job Scope:
The Project Manager will be responsible for project management of new factory set up, building construction, mechanical & electrical, equipment and machinery at the beginning time, and later on he will be wholly responsible for all manufacturing activities of this new factory located in North of China, including the major responsibility as below:
Responsibilities:
- Search for appropriate industrial zone in North China.
- Investigation on preferential investment policies.
- Selection of machinery based on agreed products focus.
- Organize the implementation of the new factory’s annual manufacturing and operation plan to satisfy the sales strategy.
- On-time delivery, ensure production safety and provision of good customer services.
- Manage the selection, recruitment and training of an effective team.
- Regularly report the operational status of the new factory.
- Meet and maintain the manufacturing facility’s processes and procedures to conform to company’s safety, quality and productivity goals.
- Maintain strong business relationships with business partners as well as local government officials.
Requirements:
- Minimum BS Degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5-6 years experience in manufacturing.
- Experience in project management / implementation and factory set up.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in the management of a manufacturing plant.
- Willing to travel as and when business demand (including out of china).
- ossess excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, excellent leadership skills and drive for performance.
Prefer:
- Strong ability to establish and maintain good relationship with government.
- Experience with Elevator industry is an advantage.
- Emotionally mature and stable, relatively low on ego and highly resilient.
