职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities:
Quality Leadership
Develop strategic quality goals compliance with the Company AOP.
To manage the Quality Assurance activities ensuring that resources are used to maximum effect and staff skills are continually updated to support production requirements.
Take the responsibility of Management Representatives and manager 3rd party audit.
Play the roles of the coaches in quality system, provide suitable training in quality system, quality tools and concept.
Customer Satisfaction
To act as main quality contact with customers, including liaison on new product introduction, customer concerns, line returns & improvement strategies/activities.
To develop & maintain Customer PPM databases for HFM providing sufficiently detailed information to drive production quality improvement initiatives.
To drive corrective & preventative action initiatives for potential & formal customer concerns to facilitate the achievement of zero defect supply.
Participate in New project advanced planning, ensure customer requirement are cleared and met.
Lead and manager customer audit.
Supplier Performance
Develop, Approve, Monitor, and optimize supplier together with Supplier Chain manager.
To develop & maintain Supplier PPM metrics, to monitor and report on supplier quality performance, raising and then following up responses to SCARs where they are warranted by excessive or serious quality concerns.
To conduct quality assessments for supplier assessment potential risks for supply quality, process controls are adequate in these areas.
In-process and out-going process control
To act as element champion for Preventative & Corrective Action and Inspection & Testing.
Manage physical lab and in process control, develop control plan with PE manager and review its feasibility.
Manage test and inspection equipment, and lead MSA activities.
Corrective action and Continuous Improvement
Identify and analyze opportunities for improvement in own area.
Initiate and implement corrective actions.
Major Participator and leader in six sigma activities.
Identify and initiate development opportunities for teams and individuals.
Monitor progress and take corrective actions to ensure that plans are met.
Lead MRB team and weekly quality meeting and ensure effectiveness of corrective and preventive action.
HS&E, Product Legal Compliance
To promote HS&E standards, lead by example, support programs & departmental activity.
Contact Nation Standard Bureau, Ensure product license compliance with national standard. Accept
Product permission license and annual outside agency test according to national standard.
Qualifications:
BEng or BSc in appropriate discipline, supervisory experience with technical staff, extensive experience in customer liaison & problem resolution involving functionality of engineering products & improvement of manufacturing processes.
At least 8 years on Quality supervision experience on car component industry is a must, on friction materials is preferred.
Strong Statistical background & analysis skills, Good command of DOE, ANOVA, and Multi-vary study.
Experience in ISO9000/QS9000/TS16949 quality system set-up and maintain.
Familiar with ISO9000/QS9000/TS16949quality system
