职位描述/要求:
Responsibility:

  • Centrally manage and coordinate standard operational and financial processes, such as business planning, forecasting, monthly operational and financial review and strategic analysis, across the global organization that includes U.S. , China , Taiwan .
  • Define departmental KPIs. Work with controller and department heads for annual P&L and expense budget. Analyze revenue and sales forecasts and trends.
  • Broad analytical responsibilities, provide analytical support for operational and financial processes, and support CEO, COO and Sales VPs making financial and operational growth decisions.
  • Provide analysis of operational and financial numbers to identify areas for improvement and drive improvement actions.

Requirement:

  • Master Degree preferred. Bachelor degree minimum.
  • Prefer but not limited to Management, Finance, Engineering, accounting.
  • Able to read, write, and speak English.
  • 4.5-10 years job experience 。
  • Proven ability to understand, process and manipulate operational KPI and financial data. Comfortable with coordinating P&L lines. Basic understanding of company operation and accounting processes. Position requires ability to interact with different levels of organization spread out in Hangzhou , Beijing , Taiwan , and U.S. , gathering, organizing, synthesizing operational data from multiple sources and cross-business units. Strong coordination and follow-up capabilities. Capacity to work with a degree of independence to drive tangible results is important. Proven ability to drive continuous improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and implement in a changing work environment. Ability to communicate financial results and analytics to non-finance people. Ability to work in cross-functional teams, across multiple locations and cultures. Self-driven, able to think outside of the box and drive changes.
