1. Take responsibility on all audio parameter tuning issue of HZ reference phone.
2. Develop speech/audio signal processing algorithms using floating/fixed-point 'C'.
3. Implement, integrate and test real-time, fixed-point speech/audio digital signal processing algorithmic software executing on fixed-point DSP core embedded within application specific integrated circuits and standard products.

Requirement:

1. BS degree or above is required. Major on EE is preferred.
2. Minimum 1 years of experience in fixed-point algorithm design, simulation, implementation, and testing of speech/audio signal processing algorithms.
3. Familiarity with real-time debugging tools, ICE, 'C', and fixed-point DSP ASM languages.
4. Familiarity with DSP simulation tools.
5. Knowledge of speech, audio and acoustic standards is preferred.
6. Experience with vocoder fixed-point DSP implementation is preferred.
7. Experience with acoustic echo chancellor, acoustic noise suppressor and adaptive volume control algorithm development and fixed-point DSP implementation is preferred.
