职位描述/要求:
工作职责:
1. To be responsible for Orders intake for the service department.
2. The activity start from Installed base verification, visiting, spare parts/revamping/migration/maintenance proposal until Contract Signature for Converteam.
3. Develop new after-sales service solution opportunities for the company, in assigned account/ territory.
4. Coordinates work between engineering, production, finance and customer where appropriate for the sales activities from proposal to contract closing.
5. Maintains appropriate records for reports and sales analysis as required by Service Manager.
6. First line of contact for customer problem resolution.
7. Also he will take the roles of project manager for the service project to manage the project team and coordinate with the relevant department or suppliers. To supervises parameters of control permanently and uses adequate tools to control the schedule, the cost and the quality.

资格要求:
1. Senior Engineer
2. Bachelor degree in ELECTRICAL/AUTOMATION
3. Having already worked in a similar activities: Sales with a strong technical knowledge in the electrical and automation of Industry plant ( Cranes, Oil & Gas, Starters for Power Generation, paper, Water pumping Station, Wind Energy, Metals, etc)
4. Good Communication skills especially with Customers, collaboration with Colleagues, Fluent in technical English, Open for team work. Able to communicate and exchange with high-level technical knowledge engineers.
5. Know the Industrial Market, the customers and partners (Prefer to have Installed base Sales experience).
6. Good knowledge of Power electronics ( electrical converters ) and automation systems (PLC & Networks). Daily use of MS word, excel and power point. Able to prepare and manage Technical specification from standard documentation, including Power transformers, Distribution, PLC, Drives & Automation Level 1 and Level 2, HMI and to discuss it with the customer.
7. Able to collect from the customers for the system solution opportunities ,generate the proposal per customer request, to understand and to study customer system and budgetary commercial conditions, to set up regular clarification meetings with the customers, and to establish commercial offers accordingly.
