工作职责：

开发产品的制造工艺；

设计开发模具、工装并进行维护；

设计开发常用检具、量具；

处理先期开发和生产现场的技术问题；

持续改进生产工艺。

要求：

机械、模具、机电一体化、金属加工或挤塑专业，大专以上学历；

熟练使用 Pro/E 、 UG 或 CATIA 等 CAD 设计软件；

良好的英语听说读写能力；

两年以上塑料加工（注塑和挤出）、金属加工或模具制造行业的工作经验；

了解 TS16949 质量体系，有汽车制造行业工作经验优先。

Production Technique Engineer ( including directions of (mould & process equipments) 、 metal working 、 plastics processing) :

Responsibility:

1. Develop the processing technology of our products.

2. Design, develop and maintain moulds and process equipments.

3. Design and develop common testing and measuring tools.

4. Deal with technical problems in early development and production fields.

5. Improve the processing technology continuously.

Requirements:

1. Major in Mechanology, Mould, Mechatronics (mechanical and electronic integration), Metal working or plastic extruding, graduated from junior college or above.

2. Familiar with CAD software, such as Pro/E, UG or CATIA.

3. Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

4. At least 2 years experience in plastics processing (injection & extrusion), metal working or mould manufacturing.

5. We ' ll give preference to those who know TS16949 Quality System.
