职位描述/要求：
Work as a member of the Component Quality Team responsible for testing and qualification of new components for HVAC products. Interaction with Systems Engineering, Advanced Technology, Procurement and Quality Control will be needed to successfully achieve this team's goals.
• Analyze cost reductions opportunities and provide resolution of quality issues on key components; • Material/component qualification and selection of projects based on multi-generational component plan; • Engineering analysis and design using analytical tools such as performance simulation programs, Pro-E, and other software; • Prototype development, scheduling and testing; • Engineering data and unit attribute modification as needed; • Provide submittals for agency listings (UL, CSA, etc.) Qualifications
• Experience in qualification of HVAC components, in-depth knowledge in one or more of the below components preferred: fan, blower, liquid distributor/charger, valve etc; • Knowledge of UL 1995 standard, fan laws, and refrigerant systems; • Problem assessment, analysis & resolution skills; • Knowledge of noise and vibration concepts a plus; • Results oriented individual with emphasis on achieving overall team performance; • Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Mandarin); • Creative with the ability to make quality decisions in a timely manner. （谢绝应届毕业生应聘！） 联系方式：
