Qualified candidates must have experience and solid background in analog/mixed signal circuit design. The responsibilities include product definition, transistor level circuit design, verification through simulations, layout guidance, silicon evaluation, product characterization and customer support.

Qualifications ： The candidates must meet following requirement for this position.

• MSEE or higher;
• Solid understanding of basic design skills in following circuits: operational amplifiers/comparators, bandgap references, LDOs, DC-DC converters, power amplifiers, SAR and/or delta-sigma ADCs;
• Basic understanding of semiconductor devices with emphasis on CMOS technologies, understanding of bipolar transistor physics a plus;
• Knowledgeable of analog IC layout techniques, such as matching, thermal and stress effects, substrate noise coupling;
• Experience with application circuits and testing solutions;
• Strong ability to work independently as well as lead design projects;
• Good communication skills ， English skills in reading and writing a plus.

任职要求： 求职应征者必须达到以下要求。

1. 电子工程或相关专业硕士以上学位。
2. 对下列的电路的基本设计技术具有 较深的理解 ： 运算放大器 ， 带隙电压基准 ， 低压差线性稳压器 ， 直流 - 直流转换器，功率放大器，连续近似模拟数字转换器，或者∑- Δ 转换器。
3. 了解半导体器件的基本工作原理，特别是CMOS半导体工艺。
4. 了解模拟集成电路的布线技巧，包括如何考虑对称，发热和应力的影响以及基底噪音的销除。
5. 有应用电路和测试方案方面的经验。
6. 有很强的独立工作能立，并且能够主持项目的设计开发工作。
7. 具有良好的协调沟通能力，有英文阅读/写作能力者优先。
