Job Descriptions ：

• Produce production test solutions for analog, power, and mixed-signal integrated circuits using ATEs.
· Develop test card schematics, direct layout, and debug boards.
· Preparing and documenting test package for manufacturing
· Design bench test solutions, including board level design and layout, programming, data acquisition using bench equipment.
· Product evaluation and characterization.

Qualifications：

· BSEE or MSEE.
· 2+ yrs of experience developing test solutions for analog, power, mixed-signal ICs.
· Analog and digital board-level hardware design experience required.
· Experience on analog/mixed signal semiconductor tester required.
· Understanding of basic control theory including feedback systems and stability analysis a plus.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, English skills in reading and writing a plus.

任职资格：

1. 本科或硕士学位。
2. 有两年以上开发模拟/混合信号和电源管理IC测试方案的工作经验。
3. 具有模拟和数字电路硬件的设计经验。
4. 具有模拟/混合信号半导体集成电路测试设备的使用经验。
