Requirements： 1 Bachelor degree in engineering, study in Europe/America preferred2 More than 5 years related work experience in production or automotive companies
3 Flexible, motivated, and ability to motivate the production staff
4 Excellent communication skills，ability to work in teams and with other departments
5 Fluent in oral and written English
