General Role

Responsible for all activities related to After Sales Service. Work closely with the Sales Administrator to provide the high quality after sales service to customer.

Major Responsibilities:

• Quality check for all outgoing shipment and watches to customer in China.
  
• Repair watches daily.
  
• Provide professional advices to customer if necessary.
  
• Assist internal staff training for providing basic watch knowledge and basic repair skills to staff.
  
• Create and maintain the after sales service record.

Requirements:

• Min .3 years relevant working experience
  
• Diploma holder in watch & clock repair is preferred
  
• Basic PC knowledge
