职位描述/要求:
Report to: National Sales Manager The Position: To provide a direct and personal business relationship between the customer and the Company. Manage assigned sales territories/accounts to develop and grow volume with intent of achieving/exceeding revenue and margin targets. The Role: - Focus on multinational contractors/strategic accounts business to achieve sales budget for all products in l Conducting regular customer visits to strengthen customer relationships l Create trust with customers and ensure all commitments to customers are met – make things happen to satisfy the customers l Conduct products presentations to influence product features into design stage of project, and continuously updating customer new products features and news l Ensuring professional bid are prepared, conduct professional technical & commercial clarifications with customers - Provide competitive product, commercial, applications and market feedback to Company - Interpretation of customer specifications and ensure submission of “clean orders” to all factories - Improve customer relationship to have a win-win relationship resulting into an alliance agreement being signed. The Person: - Bachelor Degree, B.S. in Engineering preferred. - Minimum 3~5 years selling rotating equipment or excellent performance in Inside Sales position. - Excellent PC skills including, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent English in reading, writing and speaking. - Product and Industry knowledge of industrial accounts involved with hydrocarbon processing, chemical, and power markets is preferred.
